Thicker, stronger hair by consuming green beans? Yes, according to this June’s Cosmopolitan magazine. Green beans have silicon and a study indicates a huge difference of healthier stands after nine months. Well, that’s kinda a long time but good to know anyway. I still advocate raw walnuts, a handful everyday, I’ve seen that work with my own eyes in about three months so why not both if you are serious about wanting thicker strands?
