Flat Irons and The Right Temperature for Healthy Hair

If you have fine or highlighted strands, they are fragile and can be burned easily so keep irons on the medium to low setting which is about 200 degrees. For a flat iron, always keep it moving down the hair shaft. For a curing iron, no more than eight seconds. Hope this guide-line helps to keep your strands healthy and shiny.
