Not all snacks and meals are equal when it comes to healthy hair strands. Here are two not so well known items to add to the shopping cart if you want to give your hair an extra healthy boost from the inside out.
-Flax seeds, their omega-3 fatty acids and lignans are great for your hair and easy to use too. I throw in a heaping table spoon whenever I use my blender and over yogurt in the morning (already ground).
-Kale will provide iron and minerals that your hair will thank you for. Vitamin B is vital for cellular hair heath so load up!
