Not a Bun but a Sweet Roll-Instead of a Coiffed Up-do

Posted on 28 July 2014 in Daily Daisy by Daisy

I like this sweet roll, it’s has a more laid back feel, great for Los Angeles. Make a side part, pull the top half of your hair back into a low half pony tail and secure. Gently tug the elastic down to loosen, and poke your fingers in the above it to create a hole. Now gather ALL your hair (the half pony and what’s loose is the key here) and tuck everything through into the hole. Depending on length of hair quite a few pin and hairspray will complete this classic with a twist look. The photo above was the best example of a photo I could locate, although the one featured is a loose version, with more effort it can look more finished for a dressy occasion with or without a hair barrette.

I wore it like this one time..It took me a few minutes, like a puzzle but I did it, you can too!

Added long, wavy layers to hair photo gallery, welcome Aleja...
